Project-based Input

ongoing partnerships

I equip organisations with fresh strategy, new resources, and training; through freelance projects and ongoing partnerships. I have worked with organisations of all sizes, from small services in need of crisis intervention, to national institutions undergoing strategic review. I support teams and leaders to strengthen their mental health provision, reduce burnout, and flourish through improved wellbeing, sustainably. Ongoing work includes fulfilling a mental health advisory role for the national Church of England, surveying and reporting on clergy mental health (for Synod, 2026), encouraging and connecting local wellbeing teams and initiatives across England. As a passionate mental health advocate; I know how productivity and talents will thrive within healthy organisations. I help teams to bring clarity, insight and health into even the most demanding environments.

Strategic Insight & Clinical Depth

While I work across sectors, I have a particular interest in supporting organisations where emotional labour, high responsibility, or complex relational dynamics are central to the work — including education, faith-based institutions, charities, and frontline professions.

Areas of Focus

Study never stops; my current focus is on the mental health of community and religious leaders working under pressure, with additional post-graduate research of clergy psychotherapy ongoing. I am a scholar and Ambassador of the St. Matthias Foundation, focused on research and training development to increase the quality of clergy mental health. Alongside, I am experienced in converting academic knowledge and research into real, practical applications; supporting faith-based organisations in their internal wellbeing strategy, training design, and reflective practice.
